VALUING LIBRARY SERVICES:
On Monday, April 27th, the first joint meeting of MEDLI and BQSI/MB was held and was a great success. After a joint business meeting, there was a a demonstration of ExamMaster followed by a panel discussion on valuing library services and the Return on Investment (ROI) Calculator. Carolyn Anne Reid, M.A., AHIP, The Frances and John L. Loeb Librarian of Medicine and Director of Weill Cornell Medical Library, offered a very interesting introduction to the subject Application of CBA/ROI in AAHSL.
